2006 Drivers Meeting! 

We had a great turnout for the drivers meeting this year.

We would like to thank everyone for coming out and helping

to determine how this years racing is going to be run.

Point Series:

The point series race is held on the last Saturday of each month (April through October) with the exception of May, 2006 which will be on May 20, 2006.  

The races will start at 5 PM.  Sign up closes at 4:00 PM.   2 – 7 minute heats for every class; 20 minute A mains for all classes  B-Z main = 15 minutes.

Entry fee is $15.00 and is open to all drivers.  No Sportsman Class on points night.

Points are awarded by your finishing position.

The winners of each class in the point series will be awarded at our annual Thanksgiving banquet to be held at 1 PM on Friday, November 24, 2006.  Awards will be given to 2nd and 3rd place racers too!

The Rookie Driver of the Year will be voted on by those competing in the Point Series.

You will be allowed to toss out 1 race in the point series.

Jason Grant of Raymond James Financial Services will be sponsoring a Hole Shot award for 1/8 Scale A Main Points Series Races.  Whoever finishes the first lap first in the A Main will be awarded $10.00.  THANKS JASON!

Rain outs etc will not be rescheduled.

Weekly Racing:

Weekly offroad racing is held every Saturday at 5:00 PM.  Sign up closes at 4:00 PM.  Track opens at 2:00 PM.  Hobby Shop opens at noon.  Entry fees are $15.00 for Expert and $12.00 for Sportsman.  2 – 7 minute heats per class; 15 minute mains for everyone except for 8^th scale Expert A main which will be 20 min.  Lap times will determine your level of Expert or Sportsman.
